At Ferplast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
